Hi, ladies! I just wanted to congratulate you on your terrific new website. It looks absolutely wonderful and truly reflects the loving staff (all of you!) and the tremendous genius you all provide to us and our families. Thanks you so very much for everything you do for us, from the world-class customer service, love and care, to the exceptional medical knowledge and treatment you provide to our "kids". You are all truly a part of our family.

Should you EVER need references, we are honored and thrilled to share the wonderful experiences we have had with you over the past many years (I've lost track of how many years we've called Faust our home). Even in our darkest of times and saddest moments of loss in life, you have provided a gentle pillow for us to land and wings to help our hearts heal. And in our moments of joy (which include everything but those sad times), you are instrumental to those as well.
